SP3C 2017 Posters and Demonstrations
The SP3C offers researchers, research institutions, and other climate-related entities an additional opportunity to showcase their contributions in the form of posters.
The informal setting of posters is appropriate not only for researchers but also for government agencies and private institutions working in climate related themes. It can enable researchers to go beyond finished research products and also share results from late-breaking research, on-going research projects, and other innovative work in progress. Likewise, it can enable government agencies and private institutions to showcase their climate relevant activities and achievements.
More importantly, posters provide conference participants an efficient format for broadening their knowledge base, offering comments, engaging in discussions, and networking with other researchers.
Submissions are solicited in three broad areas relevant to the conference themes:
I. Ongoing Research in the following conference themes
- a. Climate Science
- b. Climate and Water
- c. Food Security and Agriculture
- d. Impacts and Adaptation
- e. Mitigation, Governance and Finance
II. Contributions and achievements of climate relevant institutions, in the public as well as private sectors. These may include innovative climate relevant technologies both by academics and industry.
III. Community experiences and responses
Technical posters, info-graphics and demonstrations regarding reports, descriptions of completed and on-going projects are all welcome.
The ideal format for the posters is given at http://sp3c.com.pk/documentation.php
